The Ahvenisto run took place on September 3, 2023, blessed by good weather in the magnificent terrain of Ahvenisto. The event was organized by the Hämeenlinna Kisa Joken stable, and the competitors ran a 6.8-kilometer route amidst the scenery of Lake Ahvenisto. The run started at 12 PM, and categories were available for different age groups as well as for both women and men. Thank you to all participants, the volunteer crew, and supporters!
Highlights
- The jogging route is mainly a soft-surfaced fitness trail, but for a stretch, it is also traversed on asphalt.
- Prizes will be awarded to the best in each category in the competitive races, and every participant will receive a reward.
- Registration for the Ahvenisto run took place on-site starting at 10 AM.
